'SOULGROWTH' COLLECTION:
In this graduation collection, I aimed to capture the essence of the self-confidence and strength I developed later in life. I transitioned from a dark period to a much more positive outlook on life. This transformation was achieved by gaining more confidence in my body and mind, which manifested in wearing brighter and happier colors.
The collection reflects this personal growth. I designed custom-made denim pieces that accentuate certain body features and showcase my personal style. The result is a mix of extravagant and sporty elements, combining feminine corsets with a tomboy feel in oversized patchwork jeans.
As a designer of the new generation, I find it important to work sustainably. All denim in this collection is made from deadstock or upcycled jeans. I source second-hand clothing for styling and limit the number of physical prototypes by creating some designs digitally.

Process:
To showcase the journey behind this collection, I'm sharing a glimpse into my process book. These pages reveal the development of my ideas, as I believe the creative process is equally important to the final result.
